For best results, apply Arrotech DS&C when the outdoor temperature is between 65 °F and 90°F. Dampen the surface desired to be stripped with a light water spray and apply Arrotech DS&C with a brush, roller, pad or sprayer. Do not breathe vapors or mist or allow skin or eye contact. If sprayed, use extra caution and personal protective devices (See MSDS). Let the solution stand for 3-5 minutes, keeping the surface wet with a fine water mist if necessary, then brush with a short, stiff acrylic brush or deck broom. Add more Arrotech DS&C after initial brushing, let stand a second 3-5 minutes, brush again, then rinse well with maximum available household water pressure (or light pressure wash). For paints and solid body stains, full strength product may be required. For heavily worn stains and older oil and latex based sealers and finishes, dilution can be up to four (4) parts water to one (1) part Arrotech DS&C. For general cleaning, a dilution of 20 to 1 is a good starting point.
