Holly, NC — July 2025 — ArroChem Inc., a leading provider of specialty chemical manufacturing and private label blending services, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its newest facility in Mt. Holly, North Carolina. This expansion, at 801 W. Charlotte Avenue, was formerly Victory Chevrolet and sits just one mile from ArroChem’s original plant.
The site adds over 10,000 square feet of warehouse space, significantly expanding the company’s storage and distribution capacity while strengthening its long-term presence in Mt. Holly. Renovations are now underway and will include:

A new roof and upgraded mechanical systems

Pallet racking throughout the heated warehouse

A new double loading dock for streamlined shipping and receiving

3,000 square feet of fully renovated office space, including a showroom and conference room
In addition to the warehouse, the six-acre property offers room for future light specialty chemical manufacturing and long-term growth opportunities.
